Innova Collective is a nonprofit community space where people of all ages can reconnect with themselves and each other through consistent classes and events. Think gym but for mental, emotional, spiritual, and creative well-being.
We offer weekly classes in mindful movement, expressive arts, creative writing, breathwork, conscious communication, and more — plus free monthly community events like potlucks, dance parties, drum circles, and collaborative art projects.

Whether you're here to heal, create, connect, or simply exhale, you belong.

Classes & Gatherings

Our weekly and monthly classes are designed for complete human flourishing – mind, body, heart, and spirit. As our community grows, so will our offerings. Here's what we're launching with:

• Movement & Body: Qigong, Yoga & Breathwork, Therapeutic Dance, Circus Arts, Hula Hooping, Cardio Drumming

• Creative Expression: Mindful Messes, Art of Becoming, Writing Recovery

• Kids & Family: Free-Range Creativity, Cool Flow Yoga, Circus Arts

• Spiritual & Healing: Soul Circle, Dancing with Grief, Sound Bath, Moon Circle

We’re building something sustainable and accessible. That’s why our pricing is transparent, community-minded, and still evolving as we learn what this space needs to thrive.

Membership includes unlimited weekly classes, access to special events, and the chance to co-create this community from the ground up.
